Deposit & Refund Policy

Please review this policy before placing an order. It explains how deposits secure your order and when they can and cannot be refunded.

Order deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total order cost is required to secure all orders.
  • Your order is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Non-refundable deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid, it cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation, change of plans, or failure to collect the order.
  • The deposit covers the time, preparation, and scheduling required to reserve your order.

Remaining balance

  • The remaining 75% of the order total must be paid by the agreed-upon payment deadline.
  • Orders will not be released until the balance has been paid in full.

Agreement to terms

  • By placing an order and submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this deposit and refund policy.
