Please review these terms before placing an order. By submitting an order request, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & quotes

All orders begin with a request submitted through the Whipped Sweet Artistry LLC website, or contacting us directly. Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking.
Final pricing is provided via a formal quote after details such as design, servings, flavors, delivery, and complexity are reviewed. Quotes are valid for the timeframe stated on the quote.
An order is only confirmed once the quote is approved by the customer and the required 25% deposit is received.

A deposit may be required to reserve your date. Deposit details and accepted payment methods will be included with your quote.
The remaining balance is due by the date noted on the quote, prior to pickup or delivery.
All sales are final once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable unless Whipped Sweet Artistry LLC is unable to fulfill the order.

Date and design changes must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
Significant design changes requested after a quote is approved may affect pricing and may not be possible if production has started.
Cancellations made after production has begun are not eligible for a refund.

Whipped Sweet Artistry LLC uses common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy in the kitchen. Cross-contact is possible.
Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies or dietary restrictions before a quote is finalized. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Pickup is available by appointment at the agreed time and Chicago-area location.
Delivery may be available within the Chicago area for an additional fee. Delivery details, including address and timing, must be confirmed in advance.
Baked goods should be transported flat, kept at a cool temperature, and handled with care. Whipped Sweet Artistry LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup or handoff.

Inspiration photos submitted with an order request are used for reference only. Every item is handmade and will have natural variation.
Whipped Sweet Artistry LLC may photograph finished work for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes. Let us know in advance if you do not want your order photographed or shared.

Whipped Sweet Artistry LLC's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages once an order has been picked up or delivered in agreed condition.
Claims about order quality or condition must be reported at the time of pickup or delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible.
